## Summary

Sarah Leary is a paediatric neuro-oncologist at Seattle Children's Hospital and a leader of the Children's Oncology Group brain tumour committee. She was first author of the 2021 JAMA Oncology report of ACNS0332, the randomised trial in high-risk medulloblastoma in which carboplatin given with radiotherapy improved event-free survival in group 3 tumours, while maintenance isotretinoin did not improve outcomes and was stopped early.
