## Summary

Medicare's code 0339U describes "MRNA EXPRESSION PROFILING OF HOXC6 AND DLX1" in "FIRST-VOID URINE FOLLOWING DIGITAL RECTAL EXAMINATION", and Palmetto MolDX article A58700 lists it for the pre-biopsy setting. In its validation the combined clinical and urine model reached an area under the curve of 0.90 (95% CI 0.85 to 0.95) for high-grade cancer (Van Neste 2016). MDxHealth's third-quarter 2025 results describe "transitioning our Select mdx customers to ExoDx"; no statement of withdrawal was found.
