Senthil K. He pioneered three dimensional organoid culture and co-culture methods for mechanistic, translational and co-clinical studies, and his laboratory defined roles for cell polarity proteins in cancer biology and therapy resistance. His research interests include metastasis, breast and pancreatic cancer and cancer immunotherapy.
