SENTI-202 is an off-the-shelf logic-gated CAR-NK cell therapy (donor NK cells) from Senti Biosciences. NK cells from healthy adult donors carry an activating CAR that recognises CD33 and/or FLT3 (OR gate), an inhibitory CAR that recognises healthy cells to protect them (NOT gate, named EMCN), and calibrated-release IL-15 to increase persistence and activity. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for acute myeloid leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndromes and CD33- or FLT3-expressing haematological malignancies. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 NCT06325748, active not recruiting per registry; FDA Orphan Drug Designation for relapsed/refractory haematologic malignancies including AML (company page). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
