## Summary

Shiladitya Sengupta is an associate professor of medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, director of the Center for Engineered Therapeutics at Brigham and Women's since 2018, a principal investigator at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since 2006 and a faculty member of the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology programme since 2005, according to a 2026 SEC filing. He trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and took his PhD in pharmacology at the University of Cambridge in 2002. His 2005 Nature paper described a 'nanocell' that, once taken up by a tumour, releases an anti-angiogenic drug first and a chemotherapy drug second. He co-founded Cerulean Pharmaceuticals, Invictus Oncology in Delhi (with Raghunath Mashelkar, in 2011), Vyome and Alyssum Therapeutics, where he has been a director since 2019.
