## Summary

STAR-LLD is Starton Holdings' name for its continuous low-dose lenalidomide product candidates: STAR-LLD-SC, a patented subcutaneous formulation given by ambulatory pump, and STAR-LLD-OCR, an oral controlled-release formulation. Starton's 2026 S-1 states that Phase 1 and 1b studies of STAR-LLD-SC in multiple myeloma are complete and that a Phase 2a study is under way in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, in patients receiving a triplet of a proteasome inhibitor, dexamethasone and continuously infused lenalidomide. Investigator-initiated trials with CAR-T cell therapies and T-cell engagers are planned, the first combining STAR-LLD with elranatamab in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The reference listed drug is Revlimid, and the company intends to use the 505(b)(2) pathway. The registered trial NCT06087653, sponsored by Starton Therapeutics, tests continuous subcutaneous low-dose lenalidomide in multiple myeloma.
