## Summary

Surface Oncology was a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company developing immunotherapies that target the tumour microenvironment. Coherus BioSciences closed its acquisition on 8 September 2023, issuing 0.1960 Coherus shares per Surface share. The assets that came from Surface were casdozokitug (SRF388), an IL-27-targeted antibody then in Phase 2 trials in lung cancer and liver cancer, and SRF114, an ADCC-enhanced CCR8-targeted antibody in a Phase 1/2 study in advanced solid tumours. Atlas Venture lists Surface as developing antibodies to break through the tumour microenvironment, sold to Coherus in 2023.
