## Summary

TE-1182 is a HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugate developed by T-E Meds on the CHO-TEM platform established with CHO Pharma, which produces the trastuzumab antibody. The company reports that in cell lines with high, moderate (trastuzumab deruxtecan-resistant) and low HER2 expression it was more cytotoxic than trastuzumab deruxtecan, and that it inhibited tumour growth in a JIMT-1 xenograft model; these are preclinical results. On 6 October 2026 the FDA granted orphan drug designation for the treatment of gastric cancer to a trastuzumab-MMAF/exatecan dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate sponsored by T-E Meds.
