## TL;DR

TG6050 is an experimental oncolytic virus, intravenous from Transgene, in phase 1 trials for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer; its current status is not stated.

## Summary

TG6050 is an oncolytic virus (vaccinia, Invir.IO platform), intravenous from Transgene. An oncolytic virus engineered to make human IL-12 and a full-length anti-CTLA-4 antibody inside the tumour. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 Delivir trial NCT05788926 in metastatic NSCLC was terminated ('Sponsor decision not related to safety', registry updated July 2025). Transgene's site still lists TG6050 in its pipeline menu; no source read says it is discontinued. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
