## Summary

The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) is a non-profit genomics research institute in Phoenix, an affiliate of City of Hope since 2016. Its clinical programme, run with the HonorHealth Research Institute in Scottsdale, was led by Daniel Von Hoff, who was first author of the 2013 New England Journal of Medicine report of MPACT, in which nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine lengthened survival in metastatic pancreatic cancer.
