## TL;DR

TrAMPoline Pharma is developing MightyTIL, tumour-infiltrating immune cells taken from a patient's tumour and genetically strengthened before being returned, for sarcoma, head and neck cancer and melanoma. It is in laboratory testing.

## Summary

TrAMPoline Pharma develops autologous cellular immunotherapies for solid tumours. Its lead candidate MightyTIL is a gene-engineered tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte product using its coR8:Amp technology, which the company says enhances T cell receptor binding to cancer cells and T cell receptor signalling; it targets sarcoma, head and neck cancer and melanoma, and showed greater anti-tumour activity than unmodified TIL in animal models, according to the company. In fiscal year 2026 NCI awarded it USD 398,039 under SBIR award 1R43CA310292-01 for a universal T cell receptor therapy tested first against acute myeloid leukaemia.
