## Summary

TriSalus Life Sciences, headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, develops what it calls Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery (PEDD): devices that modulate pressure and flow in blood vessels to overcome intratumoural pressure and improve delivery of therapies to liver and pancreatic tumours. In 2020 it acquired nelitolimod (SD-101), an investigational TLR9 agonist, which it is testing delivered by PEDD with checkpoint inhibitors in phase 1 trials in uveal melanoma with liver metastases, hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (NCT04935229, NCT05220722, NCT05607953). Its common stock trades on Nasdaq as TLSI; SEC records show the listed company was formerly MedTech Acquisition Corp, renamed in August 2023.
