## Summary

The Frazer Institute, formerly the UQ Diamantina Institute, is a University of Queensland research institute at the Translational Research Institute on the Princess Alexandra Hospital campus in Brisbane. It was renamed in 2022 for Ian Frazer, who with Jian Zhou created the papillomavirus virus-like particles at the University of Queensland in 1991 that became the HPV vaccines, and who was its founding director. Its research covers cancer immunology, immunotherapy and skin cancer.
