## TL;DR

Vizenpistat is an experimental tablet from Stingray Therapeutics that aims to restore an early immune alarm many tumours switch off. It is in early trials, including one with two immunotherapy antibodies in bowel cancer.

## Summary

Vizenpistat (SR-8541A) is an oral ENPP1 inhibitor developed by Stingray Therapeutics. It is in a phase 1 dose-escalation study alone and with nivolumab or pembrolizumab in advanced solid tumours (NCT06063681) and in a phase 2 study with botensilimab and balstilimab in refractory metastatic microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (NCT06589440). Stingray's website reports eight dose levels cleared without dose-limiting toxicity in the single-agent study; no efficacy results have been published.
