A systemically delivered, conditionally activated interleukin-12 (IL-12) INDUKINE molecule that blocks IL-12 binding to its receptor in the circulation and normal tissue, extends half-life, and is activated by tumour-selective proteases. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced or metastatic solid tumours and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 2 studies linked below. Same post-merger position as WTX-124 (S-4/A, 26 Oct 2026). Registry lists both WTX-330 trials (NCT05678998 phase 1; NCT06939283 phase 1b/2) as completed, while the company pipeline page still says 'We are currently enrolling patients in a Phase 1b/2 clinical trial'. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
