## Summary

Zenith Epigenetics, spun out of Resverlogix, develops ZEN-3694 (ZEN003694), an oral inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins that reduces transcription of MYC and androgen receptor-driven programmes. ZEN-3694 has been studied with enzalutamide in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, including a randomised phase 2b trial, with talazoparib in triple-negative breast cancer, and with pembrolizumab, and is in a National Cancer Institute-sponsored trial in NUT carcinoma.
