Among efficacy-evaluable patients at that dose, cervical cancer ORR was 36.4% (22 patients) and esophageal cancer ORR 23.1% (13 patients). Two of six patients at 2.7 mg/kg had dose-limiting toxicity. Stomatitis and cytopenias included grade 3 or higher events. These selected nonrandomized cohorts do not establish breast-cancer efficacy.","status":"phase-1","asOf":"2026-10-06","links":[{"label":"Publisher abstract","url":"https://doi.org/10.1200/jco.2025.43.16_suppl.3024"},{"label":"ClinicalTrials.gov NCT05620017","url":"https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05620017"}],"tags":[],"related":[],"cancers":[],"sections":[],"technologies":["adc"],"targets":["trop2"],"drugs":[],"companies":[],"institutions":[],"pathways":[],"terms":[],"trials":["nct05620017"],"people":[],"bottlenecks":[],"keyPapers":[],"journals":[],"dependsOn":[],"notes":[],"modality":"ADC","payload":"Exatecan (TOP1 inhibitor)","mechanism":"TROP2-directed monoclonal antibody-drug conjugate delivering exatecan.","approvals":[],"mechanismSteps":[],"toxicity":[],"access":[],"regulatoryEvents":[]},"route":"/drugs/bat8008/","neighbours":{"technology":[{"id":"adc","kind":"technology","name":"Antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)","route":"/technologies/adc/"}],"target":[{"id":"trop2","kind":"target","name":"TROP2","route":"/targets/trop2/"}],"trial":[{"id":"nct05620017","kind":"trial","name":"Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetic Characteristics of BAT8008 for Injection","route":"/trials/nct05620017/"}]}}
