All receive DVRd induction; one arm then proceeds to high-dose melphalan and autologous stem cell transplant with DVRd consolidation, the other to a single infusion of the BCMA-directed CAR-T ciltacabtagene autoleucel, and both go on to lenalidomide maintenance. The primary endpoints are progression-free survival and sustained minimal residual disease negativity.\n\nThe trial is running and has not reported.
