By 31 March 2026 it had supported more than 26,000 patients, according to its own count, and it has a 49-bed inpatient unit.\n\nIts milestones include home care from 2004, the first palliative care outpatient clinic at Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, in 2007, and Saath-Saath, which it calls India's first palliative care helpline, launched with other palliative care organisations.
