Trastuzumab deruxtecan is labelled for HER2-positive (IHC 3+ or ISH+) breast cancer and, tumour-agnostically, for HER2-positive (IHC 3+) solid tumours after prior therapy, where the label notes no FDA-authorised test yet exists.
