He was first author of the 2012 New England Journal of Medicine report of BOLERO-2, which showed that adding everolimus to exemestane lengthened progression-free survival in hormone-receptor-positive advanced breast cancer after non-steroidal aromatase inhibitors, and of the CLEOPATRA trial of pertuzumab.
