RECIP 1.0 defines complete response as no PSMA uptake; partial response as a fall of 30% or more in PSMA-positive tumour volume without new lesions; progression as a rise of 20% or more with new lesions; and stable disease as anything else. Median survival was 8.3 months with RECIP progression against 13.1 months with stable disease.
