The engineered T-cell receptor binds a tumour-selective fragment presented by HLA-A*02:01 on cancer cells, and the anti-CD3 part pulls T cells in to kill them. The tumour fragment is not named publicly. Its phase 1/2 study (NCT07293754) is recruiting; the company's pipeline lists colorectal, lung, head and neck, triple-negative breast, pancreatic, gastric, urothelial, cervical and oesophageal cancers. In May 2026 the FDA granted Fast Track designation for HLA-A*02:01-positive unresectable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer after standard treatment. Whether it works in people has not been established.","status":"phase-1","asOf":"2026-11-04","links":[{"label":"Repertoire pipeline","url":"https://www.repertoire.com/programs/pipeline"},{"label":"Repertoire Fast Track release, May 2026","url":"https://www.repertoire.com/about/press-releases/repertoire-immune-medicines-announces-fda-fast-track-designation-for-its-investigational-immune-medicine-rptr-1-201"},{"label":"ClinicalTrials.gov NCT07293754","url":"https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07293754"}],"tags":["pipeline","ctgov-ingest"],"related":[],"cancers":[],"sections":[],"technologies":[],"targets":["cd3"],"drugs":[],"companies":["repertoire-immune-medicines"],"institutions":[],"pathways":[],"terms":[],"trials":["nct07293754"],"people":[],"bottlenecks":[],"keyPapers":[],"journals":[],"dependsOn":[],"notes":[],"provenance":{"editedBy":"OnCo startup monitors, investor portfolios (company pipeline pages and ClinicalTrials.gov v2)","editedOn":"2026-11-04"},"code":"RPTR-1-201","modality":"TCR bispecific (an engineered T-cell receptor fused to an anti-CD3 domain)","mechanism":"The engineered T-cell receptor binds a tumour-selective fragment presented by HLA-A*02:01 on cancer cells, and the anti-CD3 part pulls T cells in to kill them.
