Low-risk WNT patients receive craniospinal irradiation of 15 Gy with a reduced boost and four cycles of cyclophosphamide, cisplatin and vincristine; skeletally mature SHH patients add maintenance vismodegib; intermediate- and high-risk non-WNT, non-SHH patients add pemetrexed and gemcitabine. Randomised sub-studies test aerobic training and cognitive remediation. The primary endpoints are progression-free survival at two years in the low-risk WNT, standard-risk SHH and standard-risk group 3 and 4 strata.\n\nThe registry lists 660 participants with a primary completion date of October 2028 and no posted results.
