TAPPAS was an adaptive phase 3 trial randomising 123 patients with advanced angiosarcoma, cutaneous and non-cutaneous, to pazopanib with or without TRC105, with progression-free survival as the primary endpoint.\n\nAn interim analysis found no improvement in progression-free survival with the combination and the trial was stopped for futility.
