Novartis's phase 1/2 trial (NCT04104776), running since 2019, enrols people with advanced solid tumours and lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, T-cell lymphoma, mesothelioma, castration-resistant prostate cancer and endometrial cancer. In prostate cancer, TulmiSTAR-01 (NCT07206056) combines it with luxdegalutamide in metastatic castration-resistant disease and TulmiSTAR-02 (NCT07190300) with darolutamide or abiraterone in metastatic hormone-sensitive disease. Investigator-led trials test it with carboplatin in recurrent ovarian cancer (NCT05942300), alone in mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome (NCT05944562) and with pembrolizumab in non-small cell lung cancer (NCT05467748).
