The Journal of Clinical Oncology is where ASCO publishes its guidelines and most US cooperative-group trial results.
JCO publishes three issues a month. The ASCO living guidelines are the fastest route to what US oncologists are told to do; long-term survival updates (for example COMBI-I, AEGEAN) tend to land here first.
