Germany's aggressive lymphoma trials group, formerly DSHNHL, whose MInT, RICOVER-60 and FLYER trials set how many cycles of R-CHOP patients need.
The German High-Grade Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Study Group (DSHNHL) was founded in 1996 and merged with other German lymphoma groups in 2017 to form the German Lymphoma Alliance. Its trials shaped the details of DLBCL treatment: MInT defined R-CHOP for young good-prognosis patients, RICOVER-60 defined six cycles of R-CHOP-14 for the elderly, FLYER showed four cycles suffice in young favourable-risk disease, and OPTIMAL>60 refined therapy in older patients. GLA works with LYSA, HOVON and the Nordic group on European aggressive lymphoma trials.
