    PAnTHA: first-in-human 225Ac-PSMA-Trillium (BAY 3563254)

    In 50 patients with PSMA-PET-positive mCRPC after an AR pathway inhibitor, dose escalation of Bayer's albumin-binding actinium-225 PSMA agent produced no dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related deaths. At the 125 kBq/kg level, 83% of patients had a PSA decline of at least 50% and 67% at least 90%, with a 71% measurable soft-tissue response rate.
