AbClon is a South Korean antibody and cell-therapy company whose CD19 CAR-T AT101 uses a newly discovered antibody binder and has shown high response rates in relapsed B-cell lymphoma.

AbClon, listed on KOSDAQ, discovers antibodies against novel epitopes and develops them as therapeutics and CAR-T cells. AT101 is an autologous CD19 CAR-T built on the h1218 antibody, which binds a different epitope of CD19 from the FMC63 binder used in approved products; a phase 1 trial in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma reported complete responses in most patients at the higher doses and a phase 2 trial is under way in Korea. AbClon also develops the HER2 antibody AC101 and a switchable CAR-T platform.
