Overview
Affini-T Therapeutics is a Watertown, Massachusetts cell therapy company developing T-cell receptor (TCR) based T-cell therapies. Partner Metagenomi reported in August 2024 that it had established cGMP gene-editing reagents and filed Drug Master Files with the FDA to support an IND for Affini-T's TCR-based therapy, receiving 933,650 Affini-T shares on achievement of that regulatory milestone, which indicates the lead programme was at the IND stage in 2024. An SEC Form D filed in October 2024 shows the company was incorporated in 2020 and sold about $17.6 million of equity in an offering that began in July 2024. The company website is rendered client-side and returned no readable text to automated fetches, so programme names, targets and earlier financing rounds could not be confirmed from primary sources.
