BenevolentAI built a large map of biomedical knowledge and used AI over it to suggest new drug targets. It left the Amsterdam stock exchange in March 2025 and now sells that system to other life-science companies as an advisory service called Qor.
BenevolentAI is an AI drug discovery company that built a biomedical knowledge graph and proprietary ontologies for target identification. On 12 March 2025 its shareholders approved a merger into Osaka Holdings S.à r.l., a private Luxembourg company; BenevolentAI merged into Osaka Holdings, which adopted the name BenevolentAI, and the shares were delisted from Euronext Amsterdam with effect from 13 March 2025. Its website now presents Qor, described as built on BenevolentAI, which turns published evidence and expert methods into strategic advice for biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies and consultancies. No drug pipeline, oncology or otherwise, is listed on its current website.
