Carevive Systems
Carevive built software that cancer clinics use to give each patient a personalised care plan and to collect symptom reports from home so nurses can act early. It is now part of Health Catalyst.
Overview
Carevive Systems is an oncology care management platform that combines electronic health record data, electronic patient reported outcomes and evidence based guidelines to generate personalised treatment care plans, screen patients for clinical trials, coordinate care and run remote symptom monitoring, including the STAIRS symptom triage, assessment, intervention and response workflow. SEC Form D filings list the company in North Miami, Florida, with equity offerings in 2016 to 2017 and a USD 15 million offering first sold in January 2020. Health Catalyst acquired Carevive on 24 May 2024 (announced 6 June 2024) for total consideration of about USD 22.1 million and now markets the product as Carevive by Health Catalyst; the carevive.com domain redirects to that page.
