Chidamide (Epidaza) approved 2014 for T-cell lymphoma and 2019 for breast cancer; licensed to HUYA Bioscience (HBI-8000) with Japanese approval 2021 and to Meiji Seika; chiglitazar for diabetes. Founded by Xianping Lu, a returnee from US biotech, before China's regulatory reforms made originator research routine.
