Overview
Dren Bio develops targeted myeloid engagers, bispecific antibodies that bind a disease antigen on one arm and a phagocytic receptor on macrophages with the other, so the target cell is engulfed. DR-01, its first clinical programme, depletes CD94-expressing cytotoxic lymphocytes and is in a phase 1/2 study in large granular lymphocytic leukaemia and cytotoxic lymphomas. Its CD20-directed engager DR-0201 for autoimmune disease was licensed to Sanofi in 2025.
