Overview
ENB Therapeutics develops ENB-003, a selective endothelin B receptor antagonist. Endothelin B signalling in the tumour vasculature and on tumour cells blocks T-cell infiltration and supports immune evasion; ENB-003 is designed to reverse this. It has been tested with pembrolizumab in a phase 1/2 study in advanced melanoma, ovarian cancer and other solid tumours that had progressed on checkpoint inhibitors.
