Greenwich LifeSciences develops GLSI-100, a combination of the HER2-derived peptide GP2 with the immune adjuvant GM-CSF, as an immunotherapy to prevent recurrence in HER2-positive breast cancer after surgery and trastuzumab. In a phase 2b trial, HER2-positive patients who completed the full vaccine course had no recurrences over five years. The phase 3 FLAMINGO-01 trial is enrolling HER2-positive patients with residual disease after neoadjuvant therapy.
