Immunome, headquartered in Bothell, Washington, develops targeted cancer therapies. Its most advanced programme is varegacestat (AL102), an oral gamma-secretase inhibitor that blocks Notch signalling and was tested against placebo in the phase 3 RINGSIDE trial in adults and adolescents with progressing desmoid tumours; the programme came with the acquisition of Ayala Pharmaceuticals' assets.
