Jounce Therapeutics was a clinical-stage immunotherapy company focused on discovering and developing cancer immunotherapies and predictive biomarkers, listed on Nasdaq as JNCE. On 3 May 2023 Concentra Biosciences, LLC completed a tender offer for all Jounce shares at $1.85 a share in cash plus a non-tradeable contingent value right, then merged its subsidiary into Jounce, making Jounce a wholly owned Concentra subsidiary. Jounce's shares stopped trading on Nasdaq.
