Jubilant Therapeutics is a precision-medicine subsidiary of Jubilant Pharmova that uses structure-based design to make dual-action small molecules. JBI-802 is an oral inhibitor of the epigenetic enzymes LSD1 and HDAC6 in a single molecule, in phase 1/2 trials in essential thrombocythaemia, other myeloproliferative neoplasms and neuroendocrine cancers including small cell lung cancer. Its pipeline also includes a PAD4 inhibitor and PD-L1 small molecules.
