Modulight
Modulight is a Finnish laser company whose medical lasers activate photodynamic and photoimmunotherapy drugs, including the systems used with cetuximab sarotalocan and with padeliporfin.
Overview
Modulight designs and manufactures semiconductor lasers in Tampere and supplies the medical laser systems and fibres that drug companies pair with their photosensitisers, working with partners on light dosimetry and cloud connectivity of the devices. It listed on Nasdaq Helsinki in 2021 and also serves ophthalmology and research markets.
