Overview
OBI Pharma, listed on the Taipei Exchange, develops therapies against Globo-series glycolipids that are over-expressed on many epithelial tumours. Adagloxad simolenin (OBI-822), a Globo H vaccine, is in a phase 3 trial in Globo H-high triple-negative breast cancer. Its pipeline also includes OBI-992, a TROP2 antibody-drug conjugate, and OBI-902, a Globo H-directed conjugate, together with the ThioBridge linker platform.
