Oncodesign Precision Medicine is a small French company developing kinase-blocking medicines. Its OPM-101 is being prepared for a trial with pembrolizumab in advanced melanoma that no longer responds to immunotherapy.
Oncodesign Precision Medicine (OPM; ISIN FR001400CM63, ticker ALOPM), based in Dijon, was founded in 2022, according to the company, and specialises in precision medicine for resistant and metastatic cancers; it was co-founded by Philippe Genne, Jan Hoflack and Karine Lignel and employs 14 people. Its two clinical kinase inhibitors come from the Nanocyclix platform of macrocyclic kinase inhibitors: OPM-101, studied in healthy volunteers and now intended for immuno-oncology and chronic inflammatory bowel disease, and OPM-201, a Parkinson's disease programme funded by the Michael J. Fox Foundation. The REVERT phase 1b/2a protocol of OPM-101 with pembrolizumab in advanced melanoma resistant to anti-PD-1 was approved by Swiss regulatory and ethics authorities in late 2025 and was still in preparation in October 2026 (NCT07040436). The company reported a cash position of EUR 2.86 million at 30 June 2026. Its first registered interventional cancer trial, NCT07040436, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in June 2025.
