OncoHealth works for health insurers to check that proposed cancer treatments follow the evidence, and runs Iris, a service giving patients round the clock access to cancer nurses, therapists and dietitians by phone or app.
Overview
OncoHealth is an oncology focused benefits management and digital health company. Its OneUM service performs oncology specific utilisation management and prior authorisation for health plans using evidence based pathways, while Iris by OncoHealth is a virtual supportive care service that gives plan members 24/7 access to oncology trained nurses, mental health therapists and dietitians through a 50 state virtual medical group. The company reports 22 health plan partners, more than 15 million members supported, 4,000 employer partners, USD 470 million in customer savings in 2025 and a provider satisfaction rating of 94 percent. OncoHealth is headquartered in Atlanta. In May 2020 it raised a USD 28 million Series C led by Baird Capital with Oak HC/FT, McKesson Ventures and The Blue Venture Fund, at which point it covered about 7 million lives.
