Overview
OncoResponse discovers antibodies from elite responders to cancer immunotherapy, working with MD Anderson Cancer Center. OR502 is a humanised antibody against LILRB2 (ILT4), an inhibitory receptor on macrophages and dendritic cells; blocking it shifts myeloid cells towards an anti-tumour state. OR502 is in a phase 1/2 trial alone and with cemiplimab in advanced solid tumours. Its earlier antibody OR2805 targets tumour-associated macrophages.
