A San Francisco company that finds human antibodies by growing small 3D-printed copies of lymph nodes in the laboratory and screening what they make, with machine learning to pick the best ones.
Prellis Biologics states that it combines human biology with machine learning to discover antibody medicines, using a bioprinted lymph node organoid (LNO) platform, which it calls EXIS, to reproduce human immune responses in vitro and mine the human antibody repertoire (Prellis website). Its SEC Form D filings give a San Francisco business address, Delaware incorporation and 2017 as the year of incorporation (SEC EDGAR, CIK 1711459).
