Prestige Biopharma develops biosimilars, including trastuzumab (Tuznue) and bevacizumab candidates, and novel antibodies. PBP1510 (ulenistamab) neutralises pancreatic adenocarcinoma up-regulated factor (PAUF), a secreted protein that drives tumour growth and immune evasion; it has orphan designations in the United States and Europe and is in a phase 1/2a trial with gemcitabine in advanced pancreatic cancer.
