Radical Health is a free app in which a person with cancer links their medical records and receives a plain-language report comparing treatment options and matching trials, prepared by AI and reviewed with nurse support.
Radical Health produces AI-generated expert reports for cancer patients: after linking medical records through integrations with US healthcare organisations, a patient receives a personalised report that compares treatment options, matches clinical trials and explains the diagnosis in plain language, with AI nurse navigators backed by senior human nurses. Its clinical advisers listed on the website include oncologists from Kaiser Permanente, Johns Hopkins, Stanford and UCLA. Founder and chief executive Simone Korsgaard Jensen started the company through the Entrepreneurs First programme; it emerged from stealth in December 2025 with a USD 5 million pre-seed round led by Khosla Ventures. Fortune reported that its model draws on public data and patient data from partnerships with UCSF and Mayo Clinic.
