Thyme Care gives people with cancer a 24 hour phone and app based support team of oncology nurses and social workers, paid for by their health insurer. It aims to keep people out of hospital and lower the cost of cancer care.

Thyme Care is a value based cancer navigation company. Health plans and risk bearing oncology groups contract with it to wrap a virtual Care Team of oncology nurses, social workers and navigators around members from diagnosis through survivorship, with 24/7 access, electronic patient reported outcomes and structured care plans. It reports a 28 percent reduction in emergency department or inpatient use among members completing patient reported outcomes, validated total cost of care reductions of 5 to 10 percent, NCQA accreditation, and availability to more than 10.5 million people through partners such as Humana and Aetna. Founded in 2020 and based in Nashville, Thyme Care closed a USD 97 million Series D in September 2025 and a USD 125 million plus Series E led by Morgan Health in September 2026, when it created the parent Thyme Companies. It states it is profitable and manages more than USD 7 billion of oncology spend.
