Overview
TILT Biotherapeutics develops armed oncolytic adenoviruses that replicate in cancer cells and express immune cytokines. TILT-123 (igrelimogene litadenorepvec) carries genes for tumour necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-2, and has been tested with pembrolizumab in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, with avelumab in solid tumours and with tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte therapy in melanoma. The company has also received funding for phase 2 development in ovarian cancer.
